Just like its not fair that noncitizens and illegal aliens are counted when apportioning congressional districts and when allocating state electors under the Electoral College.

Sure, another issue that would be eliminated if we eliminate the EC. Non citizens and illegals can't vote. The problem will literally correct itself.
