It essentially boils down to Tyranus vs. Ulic in sabers (since Kun's best lightsaber feat is matching that), and Kun's useless without his Force strength.

Case in point: he didn't beat Vodo-Siosk Baas through lightsaber skill, but by using his Force strength to shatter his Forcestaff.

Kun's improved since then, and presumably by more than Ulic. Regardless, Dooku is definitely Ulic's better as a fencer.
