Imho Tavion is honestly pretty good, but Penis doesn't make up for the gap between Axmis and Rar.

I think Rosh could have taken Alora by the end of the game, but yeah, he loses to Tavion.

Even together, Rar beats them in short order, Rar was giving Leia trouble.
