Test screening are notoriously worthless anyways. Seems like every good movie these days tests badly. I don't take any of these reports seriously.

especially with obscure cult entertainment like deadpool. who screens the test screeners?

Doesn't make the spoilers untrue.

it doesn't make anything untrue, just stating my skepticism toward test screenings

Or until the right "Critics" tell us otherwise.

No such thing as the right critics.

Left Critics?

there was one (mostly) right critic, but ebert has left us. 🙁

Loved Ebert.

To me, the opinions of movie critics aren't worth a foreskin full of stale brie.

Movie critics ideally have larger palettes than the average viewer and refined opinions. Doesn’t make them more valid than your opinion, but it does provide particular insights.

remember the good ol days, going to see a movie, knowing with 99% certainty that it'd be really good, because ebert 4-starred that shit?

Yes, I was also always impressed when he'd give a random no name movie a really good review. I remember after I saw the movie "May" and was blown away by it I looked it up and saw that Ebert had given it a glowing review too.

Also liked reading his old reviews of horror movies from the 70's. Back then he had a bit more of an open mind for more intense horror films and gave some good reviews.

f*ck critics, they aren't the end all..know all.. the only critics are the moviegoers themselves

That looks like a lot of fun. I am liking Cable so far. He might not have the height, but I like the look overall.

Also, not sure where previous comments about this film being received poorly during test screenings come from. Based on articles published on IGN and other sites, in the last few days, its test screening went better than the first film's.
