He's got enough showings to pull from, yes. After all, he was also the key player in the Tangent: Superman's Reign series from a few years back.

SuperMAN's best asset is his TP/TK. He can certainly make Surfer work a bit for the win, but Surfer still takes it 10/10.

Really? I never did finish the Tangent series, but I was always under the impression that Tangent Supes was at least low Trans level
