The thread title is very misleading though. One school in Connecticut stops putting up Halloween decorations and suddenly "The Left" has issued a decree of war against the entire holiday. It's hard to take anyone on the Right seriously when it comes across as such a batshit knee-jerk culture.
It just comes back to the same old crap, and it only furthers my current assumption that there's no place for sense or moderation in politics. Pick a side: The Loony SJW Left or the Knee-Jerk Jerk-Ass Right. Yeah, no thanks.
