FBI has reopened the investigation of her fake irrelevant "wikileaks" emails

I cant believe theyre actually talking about this. This was a silly rumour and nothing more. This will probably not affect her presidency at all.

How often has a presidential candidate been investigated TWICE by the FBI during their campaign?

And why are they reopening it now before her landslide victory?
