Going on the premise that whatever this new info is and that it leads to Clinton being arrested, it’s not happening overnight; it will be a long drawn out process.

So Clinton’s most likely still going to be POTUS and will have to resign like Nixon did in this scenario, making Tim Kaine our President. So the real question, will Kaine pardon Clinton?
