Why's the Outlander above Cade, tbh? Stomping Talon, beating Nihl and contending with Krayt are all showings that the Outlander has never surpassed.

Assuming the Outlander is HoT, I'd say army busting on a potent DS nexus, and shanking up Vitiate is worthy of parity.
