Arcann vs. The Outlander (rematch)

Rematch on open plains.

Arcann is overall superior it seems, but I think the Outlander can squeeze another win out of his ass.

Sabers is draw
In an arena type, no story/morale involved match, I'd say Arcann wins, but if they actually fought in KOTFE again, the Outlander would most likely win again.

Outlander wins. Isn't there supposed to be something in KotET than indicates their flat superiority?

Not convinced that an unamped Outlander can win in a neutral, story-free environment.

Neutral setting, with no Valkorion intervention, Arcann takes Force and all-out, with sabers being a draw.
