On a more serious note: It likely isn't a stomp, but Sidious wins this handily. DE Sidious is canonically > RotJ Sidious > RotS Sidious > EoTPM Sidious > Plagueis > SWTOR Vitate >> Novel Vitate.
And his feats are flat-out superior.
