Casually fighting a group that was taking on Tim, Damian Wayne (with his giant bat-monster), Robot Batman and Robin, Batwoman, Batgirl, Matron/Spyral, Black Canary, Katana, Catwoman, Talon, Spoiler and Red Hood, who was even using guns.
And he fought them all, single-handedly. Because the others all couldn't do so 1 on 1. And beat them.
Someone posted him beating Prometheus. The question then was, who has this Prometheus beaten. ABC logic is needed, to ascertain his status.
So I post him beating a group of Orphans. And these Orphans - one by one - were fighting evenly with a who's who of the Bat Family. So that should give an indication as to where he stands.

was never sure if that was canon or not. the series was terrible enough that i wished it wasn't canon.... i always found that scene odd when i was reading the series. most of the orphans had had the sh!t kicked out of them when they arrived but still, it was an impressive feat. didn't feel consistent with some of his portrayals though. anyway, didn't he just kind of keep them at bay briefly until the chemical kicked in that took them down? i may be wrong though--i blocked most of that series out....
anyway, i always had the impression dc nighter was above streets like dick, but not too far above. that's why that scene was odd to me.
There were more orphans later on, which meant it wasn't an insta kill switch. Still, 12 guys who all stalemated B-list MAs? Does BP have something similar?
And again, that was only in response to the 'who has Prometheus beaten' comment. I like how its disregarded how he had the 30greatest fighters in hois mind, but when Mad Thinker says something, its gospel...
