If Modok can stop the T-spheres for a moment he will just blast Terrific to dust.

I'm honestly not that knowledgeable on Model's technopathy level.

His Tspheres have shown to be. He can also control magnetism and gravity at certain levels. T-Spheres might be too much for him, seeing as they look to be more versatile.
