Hmm, is this strictly boxing? Sorry for the dumb question, but I wanted to know if the rules were the same as a sanctioned boxing match that would be held in a place like Caesar's Palace.
I forgot to post the rules:
1. 12 rounds.
2. Winner can be decided by KO, points or TKO.
3. No powers except speed, defense and power.

Speed goes to Superman. The rules would hinder a character like the Hulk, and he'd be DQ'd before the first match ended. Superman wins.
Martian Manhunter by points. I don't think he can KO Hulk in 12 rounds with no other abilities. While hulk's blows would certainly affect him a lot, his speed allows him to keep hulk on defense and his durability allows him to take 2-3 hits.
Juggernaut wins. While Superman is faster, he's going to be tagged eventually. Juggernaut is equal to World War hulk, above regular hulk.
Also, Juggernaut won't even be on defense at all due to his invulnerability.

100% agree with you on this Abhi. Superman's durability exceeds an average Juggernaut's strength IMO. Let's go to the score card is what would end up happening, What we would see is Superman evading 9 out of 10 solid punches, while scoring 9 out of 10 solid punches. That's a lot of punches.
Removing the Hulk's healing power's or any of the other characters healing powers is wrong on every level though, because then they wouldn't be the character that they are portrayed to be at all. Healing factors should remain in play, just like durability. Shape shifting, intangibility, psychic attacks, and flight should be turned off, as they aren't innate abilities.

TKO.Because I'd assume a being who can throw 1,000,000 punches is also capable of ducking and dodging every single punch thrown by the other.
So it'll go down to points.
Right, and points are based on the number of punches connected and how hard punches are. But that's based on a reality where any punch, whether solid or not, causes some pain.
Superman is obviously capable of connecting with a massive number of punches while dodging all counters, so in theory he should stomp based on points.
That's the problem with juggernaut characters.
Anyways, what if Juggernaut starts running towards Superman to punch him? Would superman go fist to fist? Or turn around, punch juggernaut to the side and deflect his momentum so that he rolls down for a massive point? With juggernaut continuing rolling over and rolling out of the ring due to unstoppability.

Superman would likely see it, and move. I don't see him causing any damage to Juggernaut, but he'd score a ton more points.
Since when is Juggernaut invulnerable to Superman level strength? Merged hulk nearly punched his lights out in two punches. Thor after removing his force field nearly koed him in under one minute?
Where is this fanfiction version of Juggernaut coming from?
100k punches? Juggernaut wouldn't take 10 full strength punches from Superman and remain standing.
Heck, he was koed by early form Onslaught punching him to Canada. Superman is going to punch him a lot harder than that.
