Vader easily killed Cin Drallig during operation Knightfall, he wins.

Con Drallig is featless.

He's hyped up to be one of the top swordsmen in the order

As are nearly all PT era Jedi with a name.

But being honest even if I appreciated hype similar to the rest of you it still wouldn't change my stance.
