That scan is PIS. It's impossible for Ray to get hit moving at light speed while perceiving After movie at a near stand still. It's like running into a statue.

Ray has to have light speed perceptions and reflexes, otherwise he would run into things.

So again, the scan is unusable.

After thought has infinitely fast reflexes though.
