How can a little fire hurt Bobby, was he weakened by some external force?
Was the whole fight just posted/cis?
He had to locate the real bobby first.
There is literally nothing bobby can do against heat vision.

Once he travelled to the 616 reality, AoA Bobby was like "f*ck it all". Escaped Apocverine's wrath and just wanted to enjoy himself like he says in the panel, lol. Betrayed the "good guys" at some point, too.
616 Iceman went crazy, too... but that happened later.

Again, it's the AoA version. Has strict limits, as he should.
The way I understood it, OP wanted us to use the absolute best version while adding the feats from aoa, but whatever.

Nightcrawler took him there because the heat evaporated all the moisture in the air, so Iceman couldn't reform or muster up much offense. Too Bobby's credit, he was presented as a huge threat. He was handling business up until Kurt try the furnace trick.
No CIS involved. They were in character.
Also, read Uncanny X-Force right now. It was an amazing series.

That death is total PIS
He's connected to all the moisture earth he couldve reformed
Also iceman wasn't trying against nightcrawler I'm almost certain it turned into a fist fight
Lol, Nightcrawler teleported him to the furnace specifically because it cut him off.
Iceman WAS trying very hard to kill them. It turned into a fist fight because Nightcrawler offered to make it fair, and fight him with no powers.
For those who want to read the whole issue:

He even does the whole bodyjumping clone thing.
Edit: Hell, the storyline is even called, the Unkillable Kill. Bobby was plenty tough in that.

@hutchHe was trying, there just wasn't enough moisture in the room.
Again... it's a different version of the character, with different limits.
yeah, i think i'm sort of with what you're saying here. this ISN'T just aoa--it's an amalgam of all of bobby's best feats taken to their full potential (something i'm still unsure we've seen though it's been hinted at...) there are scenes indicating bobby can literally exist within ALL the moisture on earth, that is shift his consciousness into moisture the entire planet away if he chose to. using that basis for his powerset, then the furnace scene really is inapplicable in THIS thread because he should easily have been able to shift his consciousness across the planet. it wouldn't matter at all if there were no moisture. hell, he should simply have inhabited the moisture inside kurt, as he has done in the past as well. seems lots of arguments here aren't using the form of bobby the thread was looking for. even tp wouldn't work (or at least it has failed in the past) because his consciousness can't be found, or it just keeps hopping around randomly.
now could he win the match? he could def taken some out, especially if he inhabits the water inside their bodies. but supes' cells work different and are 'super' tough. jonn's shift and i'm not sure if freezing them would work, at least it might not work indefinitely. would the ring prevent him or expel him from trying something like that at all to gl? maybe. could the ring somehow corral bobby's consciousness or track it so jonn could take him out? maybe.
so no, i don't think he could take them. too many great feats from the other side. but he'd cause some problems in this ultimate form for sure,

Absolute zero kind of breaks physics and nothing should be able to survive it so technically iceman should be way stronger than he is
Like legion should be dead after Bobby froze him
But hey its comics
Yes, Iceman is the one who is truly being held back by physics here, lmao.

That fight was pis/cis incarnate man. Why didn't Bobby just transfer his consciousness to all the other clones?
How can you poke out his eyes, when it's made of ice?
How can a boiler effects him so bad, yet the Sun doesn't?
