Havok generates heat so I'd side with him.

Unless Iceman can get him first.

Fortunately Havok has some solid durability feats and doesn't need to aim his attacks.

Havok can melt adamantium, so I think he'll do fine.

Iceman displayed pretty clear limits in new class as well.

There's something iffy about it. Wolverine took his full-power blast at point blank and was fine (well, KO'd, but no skeletal dmg).

He was, that was the whole point. He had no other choice, even thought his blast did the job.
