Strange has absolutely no chance of beating Superman at this point. Maybe when Strange becomes the true Sorcerer Supreme then MAYBE.
I'd also like to point out that Strange was killed many, many, many times by Dormammu and Strange gained a victory only because Dormammu agreed to leave. Strange won with his wits and NOT his sorcery. Even with the Time Gem, I doubt that Strange could even hold a candle to Supes, despite the fact that magic is truly one of the only weaknesses Supes has.

The DCCU (DC Cinematic Universe) has yet to confirm that Superman is weak against magical attacks like his comic book counterpart. Maybe when Justice League comes out we'll see some magical attacks from Wonder Woman and/or Aquaman that affect Superman.
