I hope you've had him baptized, praise Jesus!
Nope, although it would probably please my wife. She's Catholic.
When we were looking for a place for him to go to day care we were looking at churches because they're cheaper and she wanted to send him to some Catholic church. Of course I was like, "Fuck no. All this Catholic priest rape stuff is real, so no fucking way am I going to willingly DROP my young son off at a Catholic church for the day."
So yeah, I put my foot down on that one. He goes to some Baptist church nursery.

Lol and now we also have survivors of sexual abuse by nuns stepping out into the limelight.
Did you get married in a church?

Yeah, I heard about that, too. Nuns being used basically as sex slaves or something? Truly an abysmal organization that should just be done away with.
And no, we got married outside. We both wanted that. And I met an awesome UU pastor that I really liked to do the deed for us. He seriously had some of the most badass sermons I ever heard, quoting Einstein and Carl Sagan 'n shit.
Thanks.
He said he had the best day ever. Got some new toys and we hung out at the pool. The toy he's holding in the picture is a dragon truck/hot wheel toy thing he picked out.
My daughter is 2. She'll be 3 in October.
They're a handful. **exhausted **
But they're happy and healthy so we're thankful. 😄

Yeah, so I found out about 8 or 10 weeks ago that my wife is pregnant with our first child. We're excited... got our first ultrasound tomorrow afternoon actually. She's about 11 weeks now.WHAT DO i DO??? 😘 😆
But seriously, any advice for a first-time dad?
Ok, my advice:
Disregard all advice. Trust your judgement, every kid is different.
You'll do fine. 👆
