Galen is confirmed to have the potential of Luke Skywalker who Lucas confirmed has the potential of Anakin.

The Insider quote then further confirms this by stating Galen has the greatest Force potential of any Force user ever which would make sense given that he, Luke and Anakin share that potential.

Luke and Anakin don't have the same potential.

Omitted Cade; not sure about him. Anakin is included but kind of volatile. Raw power is taken not as potential but as how much they can draw upon in a very unfocused manner.
