What would Palpatine think of Sirak?

Would he had trained him? Recruited him? Feared him? Or just not given a sh*t?

He would think: "Maul, Opress and now another failure! I should just kill all Zabrak's."

But isn't Sirak a prodigy?

This Zabrak doesn't deserve a place as my apprentice, but it might make a good coaster for my drink!
