I'd say Ozy. Ozy kicking Rorschach like a soccer ball, choke-slamming Nite-Owl to the floor, fighting Ror and Nite 2-on-1 without getting hit should be enough to beat Khan.
Also, relied on tanking a whole lot of hits from Kirk, Spock, and the blue shirt security dudes on the USS Vengeance. It would be a major mistake to do so against Ozy.
