He used to be near Pre Retcon Beyonder's level, who was basically the most powerful reality warper in comic book history. Current version's of both Owen and Beyonder's aren't anywhere near what they were in classic Secret Wars.

Back than, cosmics/abstracts were a lot more powerful, too. Just look at LT.. Went from king protector of the omniverse, to laying face up on the moon..

Or the Infinity Gauntlet. Went from "make the LT sweat" to busting from repelling a planet incursion.

owen is one of if not the most powerful character in comics behind TOAA but im pretty sure the 5th dimension still wins its on a whole different plane of power
