To use your own brand of straw man that you love so much: their episode on second-hand smoking was completely wrong though. Where has the love of this false dichotomy come from? We have the capacity and wealth to solve our own problems here while also expanding in to the system. The research and technologies involved in both will be complimentary to one another.
But you didn't deflect anything. You say they got some stuff in an episode wrong. I looked it up, you were right, they did. Later studies did show they were wrong about second hand smoking.
So do you have any such stories of them getting stuff in the Nasa episode wrong? Share them with me if you do.
Note that I never said this meant their climate change research was somehow faulty, I just mentioned they have been shown to be inept in the past.
