When we take in consideration Odin's vast experience in combat, durability and firepower he is clearly advantaged against Prime.

Boy Prime has 2 low showing in his career in the Post Crisis era. The first is when he fought Kon-El, and the second being The Titans. Where as Man Child Prime who is being use for this fight has none.
Let's go back to boy Prime fight with Kon-El. Boy Prime did bleed against Kon-El, but the second he stopped holding back, he destroyed Kon. The only reason Kon lasted so long was because the author was making a clear distinction between the 2. The distinction was, being born a Superman doesn't make you less of a Superman because you were a clone. That was One of Kon's most weakness, he feared to be a failure because he wasn't a real Kryptonian, and by virtue, a real Superman.
Now for Boy Prime second low showing against the Titans. That arc was surprise to once more bleed out into the whole DCU again, but it was cut short because of the New 52 reset. DC's big wigs told the author to cut the story short. So in affect they canceled the story by rushing the ending.
There are no low showings there are just showings. Bias says low or high. that doesn't change his durability and Superboy has been a thorn in his side virtually every arc both have appeared in. Still a canon showing. Beings far less than Odin make this guy bleed and hurt him. Consistently. Odin has the best prime to date but he still wins as he is simply better whereas Prime is running out of juice.
