Luck based characters are difficult to discuss in vs matches due to the nature of their powers. For this thread, you can pick 4 meat shields + a hax character and reasonably expect a win though. Ambrose, Psylocke, Fantomex, etc. Just sprinkle one of 'em in your team, and things start looking up. For example,

Deadpool
Sabretooth
Psylocke

Well, it's moreso just hax. Granted, really good hax, but not necessarily OP. Hax characters punch outside their tier because they can bypass conventional fighting logic. There's people within his own tier he'd get mauled by though, like Wolverine.

It's just a matchup issue mostly. Like, Logan>Fantomex>Mr. X>Logan. Rock, paper, scissors.

With this team Leech just depowers Longshot, Domino, and Mystique. Then Shamrock, Black Cat, and the depowered muties can then be dealt with at range via sonic attack (since Sham and BC's powers don't have much range), or the adapting guys or by Fanto.

I was going by the tier thread but I mistakenly read Psylocke in low meta. Sabes is there though. Although, Jubilee is mid meta, so drugs may be involved with this list.

Meatshield + weird shit was the idea.
