Are DC's Metatexual characters in a league of their own?

Characters like Thought Robot,
Ultra
Empty Hand
Mandrakk
etc...

You have characters who are universal, multiversal, etc... Are the Metatexual characters beyond that?

Its hard to say at a certain point. Comfortable putting them above abstracts, multiversal+ characters. They should even be above the Endless possibly with exception of Destiny and Death. But when u get to the Lucifers and Michaels im not so sure.
