Movies you wish they would make?

There are a lot of things that would make cool movies (but sometimes I'm not so sure they should be, since half the time they screw it up.)

Here are a few.

Chrono Trigger: The 1995 Squaresoft RPG is my personal favorite game, and story ever, and I'd like to see it made into an ANIME movie, in Japan and then released into america (you know if America made it, it would be shit.). I'm kind of scared they would mess it up though.

American Gods: By Neil Gaiman, this book is damn cool, and it would also make a cool movie in my opinion.

A few of HP Lovecrafts stories: I know they made several of them already, but most of them were Low-budget (haven't seen Herbert West yet, but since I didn't hear about it before I started liking Lovecraft, I'm sure it wasn't that great.). If someone made The Case of Charles Dexter Ward into a movie, a GOOD movie, it would be worth it.

I think that there should be an Under Siege 3 made because i am a fan of steven seagal.

I would like to see Frank Peretti's "This Present Darkness" and "Piercing the Darkness" on the big screen... Dean Jones attempted to start it in the mid-90's, but it didn't fly in Hollywood. Perhaps another try?

As the Lord of the Rings trilogy comes to an end this December, will it be be followed by the 7 part CS Lewis Armies epic? The Chronicles of Narnia may reach theaters in December 2004 with The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Doug Gresham, the stepson of CS Lewis was asked what his opinion was of the forthcoming live-action Narnia movies: "I rather think they are going to be great... since it was my idea." He said that he had just inked the deal to give a green light for production but didn't want to reveal studio names as "that would all come out in the press soon." He said that he would be co-producing it and would co-direct. His main goal was that the special effects would not be the star of the show but instead, it would be his father's story. 'Never change the words of the master'". 'Lord of the Rings' tool/FX makers Weta have the contract to handle the film's technical elements whilst Andrew Adamson (Shrek) will direct with a mid-2004 release planned.

The same production company that is responsible for Holes, is planning to do CS Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia, which would be released through Disney.

Narnia - Christmas '05. The hope is that this series will be successful and that all 7 parts of Narnia to be released, one each year, as The Lord of the Rings has been. CS Lewis and JRR were best friends.

i think that a metal gear solid should be made because playing the games might turn out to be a grat movie.

i think there should be a preadtor 3.
i also think they should make a non-animated, high special effects, gundam movie.
and a non-animated justice league movie would be awesome.
oh yes, and The Hobbit, the first book(about Bilbo's adventure for all you non-readers) should be made , that would be cool.

predator 3 hmm 2 wasnt all that good, danny glover is a good actor but predator 1 was good, arnie in his prime.

i think the hobbit will deffinatly be made on the back of the lord of the rings trilogy

CS LEWIS' NARNIA - holy crap there making that! thats awesome, so does that mean they will throw in the screwtape letters? hope so. as far as movies i wish they'ed make I got my wish when they made the x-men.

I agree Rogue Jedi,a Speed Racer movie would be awesome.They could make lots of money on this one. Money from kids and old-school fans.

I would love to see an historically accurate movie about Russia's female fighter and bomber pilots during World War II. For the curious look up "nachthexen" or "night witches". It's what the night bomber units were called by the Germans. Or read Reina Pennington's book "Wings, Women, and War."

If you like science fantasy - dragon meets modern technology sort of thing then Ann Mcafreys Pern books would make some excellent films!

An Ace Ventura 3 would be cool.
