Juggernaut punked Cannonball who punked Gladiator. Juggernaut almost killed Thor. He walked over Thing and Thunderstrike sent CB skipping down the road.

Not entirely sure where you're going with this comment, but Juggernaut's achievements are sporadic and/or contextual with them being resolved soon after.

His main power is that he can't be stopped and it's his creed, yet he's consistently been stopped by a variety of opponents.

never really considered wonder woman or the hulk to ever job. Diana is usually treated with respect and the hulk's power fluctuates depending on his anger.

I'd also like to include Solomon Grundy on the list.
