The original protagonists are already Count Dooku TIER or above (not counting Darth Nox due to ghost hax). Arcann is above them, individually.

The Outlander surpassed even Revan during KoTFE. Count Dooku is no where close to that. Don't be ridiculous.

So what we have is this:

The Outlander (KoTET) > Revan > Arcann > The Outlander (KoTFE) > The original protagonists >= Count Dooku
