Godzilla is running rampant. What group of or singular superhero could defeat Godzilla?

You can include villains also.

Dr Manhattan could possibly do it. Don't see how Godzilla can put him down in return. Manhattan's physical bodies aren't the real him. Simply avatars he constructs to interact with the world. If you manage to destroy one, he can easily make more. The question is whether Manhattan himself can dish out enough damage to kill Godzilla.

Composite as in "all versions of Godzilla ever" or "all movie versions of Godzilla"

I'd assume it's composite movie version, as it's MvF. Otherwise, this thread would need to move to Foreign Cinema. Still gives Godzilla a crap-ton of feats to pull from though.
