That is extremist odd for you to come to that conclusion, After done explaining the difference between worlds of MGS and Dark Knight. There no question that Bane will not be threat to Big Boss in anyway, because Big Boss has taken on and defeat far worst then any person in DK. Now regarding of the crossbow shot: Big Boss is not perfect, he not invincible. But that should not make him a weak character not the way you trying make him out to be. After that scene he was able to survive from multiple crossbow by dodging it after the Fear One of the cobra unit (most deadly unit) exploded. That is not something that normal solider would survive. Just like survive against someone like The Boss or Null Or Gene. Like I said Big Boss is not weak. He not invincible. But he will be formidable opponent and very extremely to defeat

I dunno, Big Boss can't reall take a bunch and with his slow reflexes he wouldn't be able to dodge Bane's punches
The bolts he dodged weren't fired from a crossbow, they were launched after the Fears bomb exploded, since Big Boss can't dodge a 120 FPS crossbow then we can conclude that the bolts he did dodge were much slower, maybe 30-40 FPS.
