Arcann should win rather easily

Outfighting the Outlander twice is better than fighting evenly with featless Kas'im, and his deflection of Valkorions lightning means Banes only impressive force ability is useless. There isn't much of a comparison in Lightsaber skill Arcann beating the greatest Jedi of his era shits on Bane needing armor to beat Jedi and never fighting anyone notable.
