He's a voice actor, who has his own opinions(them being Ahsoka is ~ Mace, for example). So... no, I don't think his word as canon, the Inquisitor wins.

Ahsoka is in the top 3/4 Jedi evah quote! Anakin, Mace and Yoda would be there, no doubt, which leaves her ahead of Obi-Wan, so according to the RotS novelization is close to beings on Mace's skill level.

Ezra was already capable of pushing back the Seventh Sister when tapping into his anger in season 2 so considering he's grown quite a bit since then (official sources and Feddie PJ only confirms it), he should win in a good fight.
