I'd probably go with Nobu here. Only time that I can recall where Prometheus really managed to get an advantage over Ollie was when he surprised Ollie with a move he didn't expect, which temporarily threw him off his game. The only people he has decisively bested are random cops and some barely trained vigilantes.

I'd put Matt a little over Ollie, and Nobu did a lot of damage to Matt.

Nobu and Matt seem pretty damn close to each other, at this point. Both have had wins over each other, and it seems mostly dependent on who is more motivated at that point in time.
