michael wins it, michael has more money, power & influence over walter.

Walter wouldn't be able to get near the Don. This is a Don that controlled the crime business of two major cities and carried multiple government officials and public servants in his pocket.

Michaels hitmen will dispatch Walter. Michael never even gets out of bed.

Also, I'm a huge fan of Bryan Cranston's acting, but he just can't even compare with Brando, Pacino, and DeNiro.
