How will Rebels handle this?

Both Ezra and Maul plan to pay Obi-Wan a visit on Tatooine. This could cause another problem, similar to Anakin fighting Dooku a hundred times during the Clone Wars, and then the dialogue between Dooku and Anakin in ROTS making it seem like that was merely the second time they dueled. Also Obi-Wan is Old Ben now; how can he handle Maul? Also, will they involve Luke and destroy the original 1977 movie?

I doubt they'll use Luke any more than they did in Old Wounds.

Or maybe they'll retcon Kenobi being a worse duelist in ANH. 🙂

I haven't read the latest comics, but isn't this started already? Wasn't Luke dueled Vader in some canon comic? If yes, then why not old Ben? Yeah, Filoni might destroy that part of EU as well.

Tbh, Maul/Vader/Ahsoka triple threat match would be pretty sick.

Obi-Wan makes more enemies, cuts of more limbs, and gets more love interests killed than any other Jedi... he's a rockstar lol
