Well, based on available feats, it is a lot more likely outcome than the other way around. Juggernaut hasn't done anything onscreen to suggest he could seriously harm Kurse.

Where as Kurse bitch slapped Thor around with ease

Kurse. No one on screen has dominated Thor the way Kurse did. Dude even Keaton Batman no look slapped Mjolnir away.

On another note, both were very underutilized villains, IMO.

Can Kurse Kill Juggernaut

Likely, but there simply aren't enough feats to give a concrete answer. Juggernaut literally has less than 3 minutes of screen time where he is actually physically in action. Mostly, he just stood around in that weird, rubber muscle suit.

I think, Movie Kurse beats Movie Juggernaut. However, it wouldn't be as much of a stomp as people might expect. Hitting the hammer away when it's coming back to Thor is different than hitting the hammer away when Thor throws it. Also, the hammer varies in strength depending on Charge and stuff.

In the comics Juggernaut is a lot stronger but after all, this is a movie vs thread.

Kurse also has a bunch of other powers besides pure strength. For example, he has "melting" touch, like the Extremis virus in Iron Man 3.
