Provide some explanation on why your team beats mine

Tech/Resources/Strategy/Tactics

Nathan Ford
Nick Fury
Morgan Grimes
Richie Rich
Robert Ford
Hannibal (The A-team)
Billy Cranston
Alec Hardison

Rest of team:

Daredevil (Netflix)
Punisher (Netflix)
Bullseye (movie)
Sarah Walker
John Casey
Eliot Spencer

I'm pretty sure that in terms of prep and resources, I have you beat. Fury gives us access to all kinds of Black ops, over-the-top tech. Richie gives us limitless funds, while Nathan and Hannibal give us two masterminds that more than match anyone you have to offer. This all means that Robert is free to build as many hosts as required, which Billy will be able to upgrade to the nth degree. Morgan and Hardison will be able to hack and track any technology you utilise, meaning we have an easy trail. So while my team is outclassed in a straight up fight, when the conflict does occur, we'll have an army of pimped out super-hosts to lead the charge for us. We'll never even get our hands dirty.

your prep team beats mine? i doubt it.
first nick fury's resources depends on the US govt backing him up, i dont think his superiors will allow him to use any tech owned by the US govt. richie rich is a non factor here considering the fact that my strat team consists of billionaires and a leader of a sovereign state.

nathan and hannibal did displayed high levels of prep feat but these two cant even compare to what stark, ozy and batfleck did in their movies (ozy outsmarted a godlike being, both stark & wayne prep so hard that they nearly beaten a couple of super powered bricks.)
third, with wakanda's resources in their disposal + the combined wealth/tech of ozy, wayne & stark, they can practically build anything (example conduct satellite surveillance , tap every major comms in tokyo, put surveillance camera in every street in tokyo etc.)

third morgan and hardison will be countered by eddie morra & stark, with eddie's steady supply of NZT-48 + withe the support of stark he can literally counter any hacks coming from your team.

fourth, this will end in a bloody massacre favoring my team, with the guys like gibson, rogers, barnes, smith etc they can literally wipe out your cqc/assualt department + prep/tech from black panther, stark, ozy, wayne, shelton, morra & jigsaw your team is massively outgunned and outclassed here.

my team takes it 8/10

You completely ignored my legion of near-superhuman androids, who have been amped by a genius far beyond the level of Stark. Secondly, Adrian outsmarting Dr Manhattan is a non-feat, as it was a completely one-sided prep assault that totally failed. The other two merely made suits to brawl with, so they're hardly displaying top-tier thinking. My crew actually has a mastery of subtlety, subterfuge and espionage, and has actually succeeded in their numerous goals.

Prep goes to me. Handily. We take this 10/10.

You completely ignored one of my rules. But anyways i'll play along

Near-Superhuman androids? How about vibranium made iron man suits being controlled by stark? Lol

You forgot that ozy also outsmarted both the US and soviet union

Stark and wayne displayed top tier thinking interms of combat strategy, these two with proper tech and prep nearly beaten the likes of superman and hulk.

I recant my statement with the use of over the top tech my team takes this 10/10

Adam West's Batman. That's all.

I win

Captain Kirk
Captain Archer
Captain Picard
Captain Sisko
Captain Janeway

I win.

My prep team? Pepper potts, king t'chaka and earth 2 Harrison wells.

provide some explantion

i'm tempted to include elijah price in my strat team but it seems that he has some form of power/super power ( example ability to cause chaotic and destructive disasters and accidents, this ability makes him my anti prep/tech guy)

Their resources include several Starships. Do you really need more information than that?

I guess a little more explanation is in order, all those Starships come equipped with sensors so there is no place your team will be able to hide. They also have forcefield and transporter technology.

adam west batman or batman tas way too easy

Jason Bourne is all I'd need.

Transporters are not alien, they are human tech.

Transporters and sensors are only about as instawin as vibranium robo suits. So i think your rules setup seems to only apply when they favor your picks. Heck, they're not even instawin, they are intel/logistics tech aka support tech. The opposite of instawin.

The flaw of your ruleset is that you forgot to mention "future tech".
