Herald of Galactus: Cyborg(Stone) vs Plastic Man vs Starfire

If you were Galactus which of these three would you pick?

I'd place Starfire and Victor on my list as being equally valuable. Plastic Man would be obliterated.

Vic because of his resourcefulness.

Starfire because of her potential in terms of power.
