In seriousness, probably Sirak, but he can't do anything to Khem Force-wise, though he's a better duelist.

Val. Pretty sure even being described as someone who Jedi and Sith both fear puts him above Sirak, who got one-shotted by Trainee Bane.

Trainee Bane as of then probably would've beaten Khem Val as well. Granted, he wouldn't have one-shotted.
