Which CURRENT Character Can Beat B.I.O.N.?

Here is a list of his power sets:

B.I.O.N. had the powers of the following Legionnaires:

Sun Boy

Light Lass

Phantom Girl

Invisible Kid

Saturn Girl

Andromeda

Cosmic Boy

Element Lad

Karate Kid

Shrinking Violet

Colossal Boy

Ferro Lad

Princess Projectra

Lightning Lad

Triplicate Girl

Mon-El

Brainiac 5

Matter-Eater Lad

Chameleon Boy

Ultra Boy

Current characters only.

Legion.
He had thousands of mutant powers. And more than 200 of them where omega level.

I wonder if BION's Meta gene can mimic Legion. Would be interesting.

Are you more interested in knowing that Legion has the ability to shut off. Imagine BION having his meta gene's turned off.

Or if Legion absorbs BION, would he gain all his powers.
