Ra's al Ghul & Slade Wilson (Deathstroke) vs Ezio & Altair

Since Assassins Creed is about to be released, I thought this might be a little fun:

Ezio and Altair have orders to take both of them out. Each side does not know the each others combat abilities. Battlefield is in New York and starts in Times Square. Both teams have their standard weapons package except firearms are banned. Who wins? No rules, complete fight to the death.
