Originally posted by Darth ThorThe comics have been fantastic reads, and have done a superb job fleshing out the characters. We saw this in spades with Vader's solo series, and will surely see it again with Yoda's current side-story/arc(to name a few.) Marvel has been knocking it out of the park. 👆
The Comics are definitely doing more good than bad for SW Canon.
Originally posted by Darth ThorThe current Star Wars series, along with Poe Dameron and Doctor Aphra, are the only ongoing titles Marvel is currently publishing -- and all of those take place in very different eras, and have very different plots, so there is no real chance of staleness and/or monotony. Darth Vader ended while it was on top, and most of the other titles they've published have been mini-series' that are only between 4-6 issues long.
^ Agreed. But still a bit worried about how well they'll maintain the SW canon if they just keep pouring them out every month non-stop.
Knock on wood, but so far it has mostly been top quality stuff. Marvel's pace is spot-on, imo. 👆

They should do a Phantom Menace era series.
Originally posted by ZenwolfIndeed. It will be a 5 issue mini.
He's gonna have a short solo next year though going over his early life as he trains as a Sith under Sidious.
