Not sure what level of Cage-Iness we can expect yet.

That's good news!

I enjoyed the first one to some extent. I think I fell asleep during the second one and never finished it, though, heh...

lol, how dare you?

Seriously though, it (part 2) was actually pretty fun, especially Cage dealing w. his parents. It was a sillier Indiana/Henry Jones scenario.

Primal is a Nic Cage masterpiece. 👆

It's his DIE HARD!

^^^Only w. better acting! ✅

Also watched Color Out of Space with Cage. It's okay. Nice premise, and Rage Cage actually sort of fit the premise, but I still think someone with a little more subtlety and nuance would have been better for the role.

It's Annihilation meets The Thing meets Rage Cage.

I wasn’t a fan of ANNIHILATION, but i’m Okay w. the rest of that comparison!

I’ll keep an eye out for it... 👆

Yeah, I wanted to like Annihilation a lot more than I did. Sort of the same with this Nic Cage / Lovecraft flick.

Hey as long as it’s not boring, and Nic Cage is never boring!

Oh, yeah. I wouldn't call it boring, at least not once it gets going.

Hey, wait a second. There's nothing wrong with the acting in Die Hard. It's all top-notch! 😠

Yeah, I was j/k...! 😆

Thanks to all the crazy shit going on I almost completely forgot that today is Nicolas Cage's birthday. Happy birthday, Nic Cage!!

Jiu Jitsu (2020)

Has anyone seen this? It looks like it might be unintentionally amusing. 😂

It was an awful movie. I liked it!

Happy Birthday, Nic Cage!!!

Argh, I misread your last 2 posts, thought they were both from today!

He was born Jan 7? If only he’d waited a day he could have shared a birthday w. Elvis. I’m sure he’d have liked that.

^ Oh man, that WOULD have been awesome. What a shame! 😂

Him and Elvis are like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup!

Of weirdness.

I read earlier that an actor named Jason Schwartzman was a Coppola, and so related to Nic.

Had to Google him but I’ve seen him in a few things.

If you look at this pic of him as Gideon Graves (Evil Ex 7) in the Scott Pilgrim movie, you can see a resemblance.

They got the same crazy around the eyes…!

Nic Cage was barefoot, drunk and mumbly when he was mistaken for a homeless guy and kicked out of a place in Vegas.

The article mentions he was drinking 1980 Macallan whiskey. Homeless ppl in Vegas can obv. afford some decent booze. 🙄
