Why? Juggernaut in the movie was kinda a joke, Spidey has better strength feats.
Origins DP is interesting, but he never took blows from someone as strong as Spidey, was his whole body covered in adamantium or just his forearms?
Magneto I can definitely see the argument for, he could very easily accidentally learn of the sonic weakness. That said, magneto will die to a glancing blow from Venom. He was at the very least as strong as Spidey and his strength feats are very good.

1. Juggernaut, because his power is that he cannot be stopped once he gains momentum. Spider-man has better pure strength feats, but Juggs has:
* Shook the whole island with his steps (made Dark Phoenix take note of him)
* Crushed an APC
* Powered through concrete and metal without slowing down
* Withstood displacement/being phased into concrete
His durability is more than enough to withstand Venom.
That said, doesn't mean he can tag Venom, or necessarily hurt him significantly either.
2. Deadpool (origins), because of his various abilities, and skills. AFAIK, the only adamantium he has is the blades in his arms.
DP only needs to get one good hit in through his blades, or optic blast and if Venom is fazed for even a second, DP can teleport in and deliver the final blow.
Not saying DP wins, but he has a good chance.
Best case scenario for Venom is if he webs DP up while swinging/evading, then rips his head off from behind.
3. Magneto, if he uses his shields. I don't see him learning of the sonic weakness at all, seems too far fetched in a standard scenario.
If Magneto has shields he will win because he is would be virtually invulnerable to Venom, and can take his time trying to tag Venom with something (still won't be easy).
