Even in the following issue he has to negotiate with Voidian to get his hands on the charges he needs to destroy another planet.

Hulk is thousands of times stronger than Supes, I'm glad we all agree.

That's really odd, because in the original scene in Beta Ray Bill: Godhunter #1 Beta Ray Bill blew up the planet with the help of the technology of Voidian's Armory and not his own power.

It's just that the scene reminded me of the scene from Godhunter which confused me because I remember Beta Ray Bill relying on technology to destroy planets throughout the story.
