Storm can try to BFR him with a lightning blast or tornado or something, but not sure she could do any lasting physical harm. But, if she stays high enough, not sure how Ghost Rider can get to her either. I don't recall him displaying the same kind of range with his chains as Nick Cage Ghost Rider did.
