He deflected Vader's Kinetite and the Emperor's lightning, lmao. And he has faced all forms of lightsaber combat in Vader's hybrid style, and adapted them into his own form. Not that this is about forms, regardless.
Drain could be a problem, though, but Sion isn't one-shotting someone far more powerful than he is with it, lol.

Are we forgetting that the only time Sion used drain was in cut content against a beginning of game Exile who had already been physically crushed while he had the aid of two other dark siders?
Not sure what the problem with cut content is, but your other points are fair. Luke isn't dying to Sion.

He didn't deflect it. He merely resisted it. That's a difference. Deflection presumes throwing an attack back at your target or somewhere else.
Palpatine raised his spidery arms toward Luke: blinding white bolts of energy coruscated from his fingers, shot across the room like sorcerous lightning, and tore through the boy’s insides, looking for ground. The young Jedi was all at once confounded and in agony—he’d never heard of such a power, such a corruption of the Force, let alone experienced it. But if it was Force-generated, it could be Force-repelled. Luke raised his arms to deflect the bolts. Initially, he was successful -- the lightning rebounded from his touch, harmlessly into the walls.

And suddenly he is the best in lightsabres because he faced Vader's hybrid form?
Learn to read. I never said anything like that.
